It’s only 3 months until the next CAG Ski Trip (we’re getting super excited) and the final payment is due on 30th November. Please see the attached letter (click this link) which also includes some reminders of the trip information, along with some other pieces of information which you may find handy.
Sorry all – we’ve all been very busy recently and haven’t been able to get program finished and get some car washes done, but we’re past that busy period and can get back to getting things done again.
Tomorrow: we’re outside tomorrow with a series of team challenges and we’ll be starting our Cake Challenge for the term as well. Read more
Trip reminder:
This is our final trip of the year to Wales to do some mountain activities such as navigation and MAYBE we’ll get to see the summit of Cader Idris, weather permitting, but we’ll probably stay lower down.
We’re also taking a bike ride along the STUNNING Mawddach estuary into Barmouth, the popular seaside town located on the west coast of Snowdonia (where you go on holiday if you don’t work hard at school!). There is a long sandy beach and a pretty harbour but more importantly there is Knickerbockers – an amazing ice-cream parlour serving up a dizzying array of delicious ice cream and candy. Read more
We should have sent you the program for the term by now but it is taking some time to finish off – we’ll get it to you as soon as we can.
In the meantime, we are at CAG Towers in Bickers tomorrow. We will be outside on the field so please make sure to bring shoes that can get muddy (ish) and a jacket in case it is going to be cool. A head torch will be a great idea, but please make sure to have a name on it if you want it home again. Gloves will be useful, we’re getting the poles out.
Normal start time, 7pm, please remember to bring your permission forms if you didn’t bring them last week – membership fees are also due for all current members and need to be paid asap.
See you tomorrow!

Welcome back, we start the new term tonight.
We did have plans to be outside but this beautiful afternoon weather has lulled us into a false sense of security and we’re planning for a down pour that we don’t want but is coming anyway. Read more
As you know, CAG are running the Fete Games at this year’s Dorridge Day. We’re delighted to have been invited by the Knowle and Dorridge Round Table to take on this challenge. It gives us the opportunity to advertise CAG at a long running community event and raise funds for future CAG events and equipment.
Thank you to the CAG members and parents who have volunteered their time on Sunday. If you are one of those volunteers please read on for all the information you’ll need on the day.
We’re only a couple of weeks into the summer break but it seems like such a long time already. We’ve got a long time to go yet but there are a couple of things we need to let you know about now. Read more
