We hope you are having a good Easter break so far.
We are getting ready to think about next term already and are getting ready for one event in particular: Knowle Fun Run!!
This year we are assisting Knowle and Dorridge Lions in their efforts to run their various fundraising events and this is the first.
Knowle Fun Run takes place on May 15th and we are inviting all members, family and friends to either take part in the event or help to marshall the event. There are runs for all ages and we would like all members to have a go – as a minor incentive we will be awarding 200points to each member who takes part – if every member of a team takes part it could win the CAG team competition for the summer term in one event! Participants don’t have to go for a record time, it’s a fun run – you can run, jog or walk the 5k or 10k routes (10k route is two circuits) at your own pace.
Some of the leaders are taking part so if you want to have a go at beating them here’s your chance – everyone who beats all the leaders will get extra points!

Alternatively, if you aren’t going to run and are happy to help by being a marshall please complete the quick form here – just click – anyone age 12 and over can marshall but under 18’s will need to be supervised by an accompanying adult due to the nature of the event.
