We’ve got off to a great start and the program has now been published – we hope you have seen it and need to bring your attention to a couple of events coming up imminently:
New Member Evening: May 9th at Bickers.
This is our premier event for new comers to come along and find out what we do at CAG. Everyone has been issued with leaflets to hand out to anyone who is interested, has a son or nephew who might be interested, or knows someone else who has a boy in our age group. We have LOTS of leaflets left, if you need some more please let us know and we’ll get some around to you. If you know of people coming along please let us know so we can plan for the correct numbers. We really want to make this event a success and need your help to do so – thank you for your efforts!!
Knowle Fun Run – we’re all doing it!
Knowle Fun Run is coming up on May 21st and is a FANTASTIC event. It has changed a little bit this year to allow runners to choose whether to do a 5k or 10k run – the choice is up to you. We would like to get everyone out on the course and have a great CAG team on the course but to do so everyone needs to register themselves first at http://www.knowlefunrun.org.uk/ – CAG won’t register runners so please go to that address to get signed up. Closing date for registration is May 16th or when the maximum number of runners has been reached if sooner. Simon is doing it – who wants to beat him???!!!
