All bronze and silver participants are invited to carry out their practice DofE weekend in Shropshire. This is the only practice weekend we are running so all participants should attend, even if you are unable to complete the assessment weekend this July. The weekend is a great opportunity to experience a full DofE expedition weekend to bring all of your training and preparation together. The leaders will be on hand to provide further training throughout the weekend to ensure you are ready for the real thing. No doubt we’ll also have some fun along the way!
The trip is taking place from Friday 3rd July to Sunday 5th July. We’ll be travelling by mini bus, leaving Knowle at 5pm on Friday and returning to Bickenhill by 5:30pm on Sunday.
All the information you need, along with the forms which must be returned, are in the attached word document. Please return the forms and payment by 9th June 2015. We appreciate your adherence to this deadline to help us finalise the trip in good time.
