Here are the plans for tomorrows activities:
- Smalls & Young Leaders: you are at Blackwell Adventure doing some raft building and then testing your creations. The postcode for the location is B60 1LJ, directions are at this link http://goo.gl/maps/zMzdi – it is on Pikes Pool Lane. When you turn onto Pikes Pool Lane you need to continue for 250m, the entrance is on the right hand side. The journey will take around 25 mins and everyone needs to be on site by 6.45pm. The session will finish ready for collection at 8.30pm. It’s a little bit of a drive so feel free to stick around and watch / help out. All participants need to take clothing that can get wet in a pond and plastic bags to bring it back home in. Every participant MUST have shoes to take into the water. The session will cost £7, please make sure to have a cheque made payable to “Challenge Adventure Group” for this amount. Please let us know if you can or cannot make it, some already have, you can let us know the online form at this link. There are spaces for a friend to two to come along as well, so if you want to bring a buddy that’s find but you MUST tell us first and we MUST have contact details for the parents or we cannot allow them on the water.
- Bigs: We are at Bickers as usual, please make sure to bring your maps and any work done so far on your assessment route. In addition to looking at your route we have got other modules to complete as well and this will be the LAST preparation session before the practice weekend in July. Routes MUST be finished at the end of this session.
