We are all out and about this week at Hay wood near Lapworth.

We will be looking to make a start at 7pm so please make sure to be there in time for that. Pick up time will be the usual 9pm.
The weather will be showery so please make sure to wear suitable clothing. We will be all over the woods in a massive team wide game with challenges to be completed along the way so good footwear will be required as well! There is a LOT to organise and instructions to give out at the start of the session so please DON’T go away from the entrance area when you arrive. This is a BIG event, organisation is crucial to us getting started with time to finish so please be aware of the need to follow instructions and listen from the start.
There will be significant points on offer to the winning team who will be a lot closer to winning a day out paintballing next term. There will also be some soft sweet prizes on offer as well on the night.
Over the weekend we sent out the permission forms for this term – can you please remember to bring these back with your membership cheques if you aren’t paying online.
We have also given out a lot of maps to D of E participants for the practice in Shropshire – we need these back this week as we won’t be meeting again for a while. If you still haven’t given in your completed route plan and route tracing you need to do this without fail as well.
Lastly: we are welcoming any new participants to CAG this week in years 6, 7 and 8. If you know of anyone in those age groups who would like to come along and try us out they will be very welcome but we must have home contact details for each person when they turn up.
