Well done to the winners of hats, jackets and the trophies – all CAG members have done a great job, you guys have done slightly better!

Have a great Xmas and New Year

We need to do some work on our home at CAG Towers, or rather around the outside of CAG Towers, and we need your help. There is lots of vegetation build up that we need to cut back now that the autumn is here, some sorting of stuff in the garages and fixing of the garage doors which are a bit poorly. Read more

The instructions for tomorrow evening’s “Hockley Dash” event are as follows: Read more

We hope you have had a great summer, we’re looking forward to Autumn and the term ahead and it starts next Tuesday, September 13th.

We are also welcoming new members in all age groups, particularly years 6 & 8 – if you know of anyone in these age groups who want to have a challenging adventure, encourage them to get in contact!!

Aqua Jungle

You are aware that we are going to Aqua Jungle in a couple of weeks on June 28th, it’s going to be awesome, but we’ve only had 13 of our 30 members reply to the form at Read more

We hope you are having a good Easter break so far.

We are getting ready to think about next term already and are getting ready for one event in particular: Knowle Fun Run!!

This year we are assisting Knowle and Dorridge Lions in their efforts to run their various fundraising events and this is the first.

Knowle Fun Run takes place on May 15th and we are inviting all members, family and friends to either take part in the event or help to marshall the event. There are runs for all ages and we would like all members to have a go – as a minor incentive we will be awarding 200points to each member who takes part – if every member of a team takes part it could win the CAG team competition for the summer term in one event! Participants don’t have to go for a record time, it’s a fun run – you can run, jog or walk the 5k or 10k routes (10k route is two circuits) at your own pace.

Some of the leaders are taking part so if you want to have a go at beating them here’s your chance – everyone who beats all the leaders will get extra points!

You can enter the fun run at this link – https://www.stuweb.co.uk/events/2022/05/15/3680/

Alternatively, if you aren’t going to run and are happy to help by being a marshall please complete the quick form here – just click – anyone age 12 and over can marshall but under 18’s will need to be supervised by an accompanying adult due to the nature of the event.

If you want any more information about the fun run you will have just, or are about to receive, the Fun Run booklet through your door (if you live in Knowle or Dorridge). You can also see more information on the K & D Lions website at https://www.knowleanddorridgelions.com/knowle-fun-run-2022

Thanks for your help, we’re looking forward to either running with or past you!
