We are going out for our annual End of Year awards to the Ellora Restaurant on December 18th, 6.30pm – 9.00pm.
We will have a meal, watch a video or two of the year we’ve had and give out some awards – there’s also a fun quiz for members and a different one for parents to have a go at, highest scorers get the prizes which last year included a bottle of Gin and hair treatments (for parents and those that have hair).
Don’t worry if you don’t like curry, there are alternatives available so please don’t be put off by the event being held in an Indian restaurant.
All members and parents / family are welcome to come along – but we need numbers as soon as possible and there are too many of you to fit in (sorry, we want to get everyone in but we just can’t), so here is how it will work:
- Everyone is welcome!
- Members will take priority
- All other places will be awarded in order of applications received
- If we can’t get you in to sit down and eat please come and join us for a drink and the awards part of the evening from 8.15pm
- We will confirm with you if you are able to come and join us as soon as possible.
We need to get the meal choice of each attendee before the evening itself to give the restaurant time to prepare and rush out 80 meals in a very short time frame. Please review the choice below and then order your meal using the form at the bottom of the page. The cost per person for the night will be £12.50 which you will pay at the event – please make sure to bring the right cash.
The curry choice will be
- A main curry choice of either Chicken, Lamb, Prawn or veg (Tikka or King Prawns will cost more) – please don’t order anything other than the items available.
- A rice or nan
- Two soft drinks (not J2O or other bottled soft drinks) for members / kids
- A platter of appetisers to share for adults, drinks are your own cost
If you don’t want curry and would like an English dish please write your order in the other details box at the bottom. This will be charged separately and doesn’t come under the set price meal.
We need to know if you are coming or not AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, WE WOULD LIKE TO GET ALL ORDERS IN BEFORE DECEMBER 15TH – PLEASE DON’T WAIT TO ORDER, orders received on December 16th or after will be too late, we will submit our order to the restaurant on December 16th.
