Welcome back, we start the new term tonight.
We did have plans to be outside but this beautiful afternoon weather has lulled us into a false sense of security and we’re planning for a down pour that we don’t want but is coming anyway.
So, we’re on plan C already, which is:
- Smalls (everyone up to and including year 9): will be at Bickenhill. We have a lot of new young visitors coming to try us out so we need all members to be super welcoming and friendly to the new visitors. Year 9 members will be asked to mentor our visitors for the evening. It’s all inside, please arrive for a 7pm start, finish as normal at 9pm.
- Bigs (year 10 and above): will be at Flash Climbing in Solihull. Postcode for directions is B91 2JY, address: 2 Vulcan Road, Solihull (turn onto Boulton Road off Lode Lane, by the Christian Renewal Centre, go to the cross roads and turn left, go to the end, Flash Climbing on left side, parking at rear). There is a cost of £10 for this session – please bring it along with you. There will be some new Bigs coming along to try CAG out for the evening so please be extremely welcoming to them. Please arrive at 7.15 so we can start promptly at 7.30. Pick up time will be 9pm.
Permission forms will be sent out shortly, please check your email for those which need to be printed, checked, signed and returned tonight.
