As you know from the program and recent announcements, we are running a weekend of Surfing and Coasteering on the weekend of September 22nd – 24th.
We need to get all forms in from those members who want to take part by the final Tuesday of term: July 16th.
Since the announcement various questions have come up, such as:
- Is there still space on the trip – shall I bring forms along? Yes, there is still space but if you hang on to your forms there might not be any by the time you get them to us – your forms are better off with us than you! To guarantee your place please get your forms and payment back to us as soon as possible. If we run out of space by the time you get your forms to us we will refund your deposit.
- Can I use car wash funds to pay for the trip? Yes
- What if I don’t have enough funds in my account to pay for the trip by the payment deadlines? That’s fine, come and talk to us about how you would like to fund your trip and we will make appropriate arrangements to assist. Please don’t forget to speak to us though.
- I’m not sure I can afford to go? That’s fine as well, please come and talk to us as soon as you can and we will make the necessary plans to get you on the trip.

Come on the trip and get one final blast of summer and a memory that will live long over the winter!!
We’ll be going to Ilfracombe to stay and Surfing and Coasteering from one of the UK’s best beaches at Woolacombe Bay.
We’ve got insured and qualified instructors to lead the activities and we’ve got all the equipment. All we need is YOU!
