The Hunted game is taking place tomorrow evening and there is some important information to share with you. We are spread across the Dorridge, Lapworth and Hockley Heath area so meeting points will differ. It’s going to be a great outdoor event!
This Tuesday (2nd Feb) we are running The Hunted game as per the program. We have 3 different meeting points at 7pm in Lapworth or Dorridge depending on the groups. Everyone will finish at the same point, which is Nelsons Fish & Chip shop, Stratford Road, Hockley Heath at 9pm.
Due to the weather being pretty horrible tomorrow it didn’t seem right to continue with the intention of being outside tomorrow evening.
So, a change of plan that we hope will work out for everyone: Laser Quest / Quasar Elite (or whatever it is called) at Acocks Green.
We have booked the entire arena for two games so please feel free to bring some buddies along but they must fill out the attached permission form and bring it along with them to be handed it. The arena takes up to 30 players so feel free to bring as many buddies as you want – but everyone must be on best behaviour.
Please come with £6 cash to cover the cost of the event and be at the venue in Acocks Green by 7.30 at the latest. First game is at 7.40 with second at 8.20pm. Directions are here: https://goo.gl/maps/NfPFQWfL4pu
Pick up time will be 8.45 (just after the second game is finished).
Anthony and Reece are running the evening tomorrow, Lindsey and Simon will be at Bickers for the ski trip information evening (starting 7.15pm as advertised).
Let us know if you have any questions – have a great night!
Sorry, it’s a nice night but the field is like a marsh so we’ll be inside tonight.
Please can everyone, especially those who didn’t bring them back last week as required, bring all outstanding forms back tonight so we can get them all back. Ta!!
See you later, CAG Polos & Fleece are required!
