We’ve got some activities coming up that we need to everyone’s response on so we can make the appropriate arrangements on your behalf. We’ve had some replies, thank you to those who have replied, we need to get replies those who haven’t told us their intentions yet:
- Christmas Santa Collection with Round Table – we are a beneficiary of the collections this year and so need people to come out and help collect. We had one collection last night, the second and final chance to help CAG and other local causes is on Monday 14th Dec, 6.30pm – 9.30pm, starting at the Wychwood Avenue / Warwick Road roundabout. Please let us know if you can OR CAN’T take part at our quick reply form at this link (click).
- Annual Awards Evening December 15th – this is a really great night when we sit down and have a meal together, hand out some awards to members that have done really well and have a great night. We need to know who is coming and what they would like to eat. Deadline for reply is the END OF TOMORROW – all details and the quick reply form for each member or family member is at this link. We take the order to the restaurant at the weekend so we really need everyone to reply as soon as possible.
- Karting on Jan 3rd: we have a karting event on Jan 3rd (sunday afternoon from 3pm) which will be a great post Xmas / New Year activity to get us all going again. We have very few replies currently and need to know members intentions either way. All details are here – please can you reply and let us know if you are coming or not.
