Hope everyone had a good Easter and are looking forward to the new term – it starts tomorrow!!
This new term has a load of outdoor activities in Bickenhill and further afield. We also have three trips coming up during the term: 2 D of E weekends and a camping weekend in Wales for everyone and anyone.
All the details will be in the program for the term that we will try to get out to you tomorrow – it’s not ready yet.
In the meantime, please turn up from 6.50pm as normal, the weather looks good so we’ll be outside.
Bronze & Silver D of E Particpants:
Before the holidays you were asked to plan your own route for the Saturday of the practice expedition that will take place on July 5th in Shropshire. This route needs to be returned via email to simon@challengeadventure.org. Please DON’T bring your maps back, you will need them for the next part of this process that we will give you tomorrow.
We will look at your route during the next week and will look at any improvements that need to be made. If you haven’t planned your route you need to get it done by tomorrow. Let us know if you have any questions!
D of E Registration Forms
For those members who need to sign up to either Bronze, Silver or Gold levels of the D of E and haven’t yet given us their forms for the registration that will take place in 2 weeks time, please use the attached form to register. You need to return this to us THIS WEEK with the appropriate cheque to cover the registration fees. If we don’t have your form and cheque we can’t register you during this registration period and you will miss the registration window until the same time next year. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Permission Forms and Membership Fees for the Summer Term
We will send out permission forms for signing tomorrow night – please don’t send any membership fees until you have the permission form and can return them both together.
