Return to the River (K)Wye – Deadline Update

Trip forms are coming in fast for the Return to the River (K)Wye – it’s going to be an epic weekend – if you want to go you will need to get yours in as soon as possible  before we run out of places.

For those that don’t know about it, it is a weekend of camping in the Forest of Dean and we will spend the Saturday paddling in canoes down the River Wye – or out of the canoes depending on how successful people are at staying in their boats.

We are aware that year 7 members will have to return earlier than planned on the Sunday to be able to leave for Germany or France later – that is fine, don’t let that stop you, you will be able to get back in time for that.

A lot of members and their families are away this week until after the deadline for submissions and we need to give them time to get their forms in so we will extend the deadline until the meeting on Tuesday June 4th.

Please feel free to submit your forms to Chris Kehoe at 43 Tile House Green Lane as soon as you can though, it really helps us if we can get forms in as soon as possible. You can also submit your entry through the form below but we still need your paperwork and cheque in the manner laid out in the documentation.

Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted so please make sure to get your forms to us ASAP or use the form below now!
